目的:妊娠期女性观察血清α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性的变化及其与妊娠周期的相关性。方法分别检测352例体检正常的不同妊娠期女性(妊娠组,其中早期妊娠210例、晚期妊娠142例)及322例因不孕就诊且尚未妊娠的体检正常的女性(非妊娠组)血清 AFU、ALP、ADA 活性。对所有对象均进行动态监测(早期妊娠组于妊娠第14、22、30及38周分别检测,晚期妊娠组于妊娠第38及40周检测,非妊娠组于就诊时、就诊后第8及24周检测)并做比较。结果妊娠组血清 ALP、AFU 活性明显高于非妊娠组(P =0.000),ADA 活性则低于非妊娠组(P =0.000)。晚期妊娠组血清 ALP、AFU 活性明显高于早期妊娠组(P =0.000),但 ADA 活性两组间差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。对早期妊娠组的动态监测显示,随着妊娠周期的增加,AFU 及 ALP 活性逐渐升高,但 ADA 基本无变化。晚期妊娠组第38周及第40周血清 AFU、ALP、ADA 活性差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。对非妊娠组的动态监测显示,与就诊时比较,就诊后第8周 ALP、ADA 活性差异有统计学意义(P =0.000),就诊后第24周 ADA 活性差异有统计学意义;与就诊后第8周比较,就诊后第24周 ALP、AFU、ADA 活性差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论妊娠期女性血清 AFU 及 ALP 活性明显升高,且随孕周的增加,升高趋势越明显。

목적:임신기녀성관찰혈청α-L-암조당감매(AFU)、감성린산매(ALP)급선감탈안매(ADA)활성적변화급기여임신주기적상관성。방법분별검측352례체검정상적불동임신기녀성(임신조,기중조기임신210례、만기임신142례)급322례인불잉취진차상미임신적체검정상적녀성(비임신조)혈청 AFU、ALP、ADA 활성。대소유대상균진행동태감측(조기임신조우임신제14、22、30급38주분별검측,만기임신조우임신제38급40주검측,비임신조우취진시、취진후제8급24주검측)병주비교。결과임신조혈청 ALP、AFU 활성명현고우비임신조(P =0.000),ADA 활성칙저우비임신조(P =0.000)。만기임신조혈청 ALP、AFU 활성명현고우조기임신조(P =0.000),단 ADA 활성량조간차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。대조기임신조적동태감측현시,수착임신주기적증가,AFU 급 ALP 활성축점승고,단 ADA 기본무변화。만기임신조제38주급제40주혈청 AFU、ALP、ADA 활성차이균무통계학의의(P >0.05)。대비임신조적동태감측현시,여취진시비교,취진후제8주 ALP、ADA 활성차이유통계학의의(P =0.000),취진후제24주 ADA 활성차이유통계학의의;여취진후제8주비교,취진후제24주 ALP、AFU、ADA 활성차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론임신기녀성혈청 AFU 급 ALP 활성명현승고,차수잉주적증가,승고추세월명현。
Objective To observe the activity changes of alpha-L-fucosidase (AFU),alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and adenosine deaminase (ADA)in pregnant women and their correlations with pregnant period.Methods The activities of AFU,ALP and ADA were determined in 352 pregnant women (210 cases with early-stage pregnancy and 142 cases with late-stage pregnancy)and 322 unpregnant women.Dynamic monitoring was performed (early-stage pregnancy for 14th,22nd,30th and 38th weeks,late-stage pregnancy for 38th and 40th weeks and unpregnancy for 8th and 24th weeks after visiting).Results ALP and AFU were higher in pregnant group than in unpregnant group (P =0.000).The ADA in unpregnant group was higher than that in pregnant group (P =0.000).ALP and AFU in late-stage pregnancy group were higher than those in early-stage pregnancy group (P =0.000),but there was no statistical significance for ADA between the 2 groups (P >0.05).The dynamic monitoring for early-stage pregnancy group showed that AFU and ALP increased with the pregnancy,but there was no change for ADA.There was no statistical significance of AFU,ALP and ADA in late-stage pregnancy group between the 38th week and the 40th week (P >0.05).Dynamic monitoring showed that ALP and ADA in 8th week after visiting were different from the beginning (P =0.000),and there was statistical significance for ADA in the 24th week after visiting.Compared with the 8th week after visiting,there were statistical significance for ALP,AFU and ADA in the 24th week after visiting(P <0.05).Conclusions The serum AFU and ALP in pregnant women increase significantly,and there is relationship with pregnancy.
