目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和红细胞体积分布宽度变异系数(RDW CV)联合检测对急性心肌梗死(AMI)诊断的临床价值。方法检测55例 AMI 患者、60例肺炎患者和60名健康体检者(正常对照组)的 Hcy浓度和 RDW CV 水平,并对结果进行比较分析。结果AMI 组 Hcy 和 RDW CV 均明显高于肺炎组和正常对照组(P <0.05);联合检测 Hcy 和 RDW CV 对 AMI 诊断的敏感性为92.0%、特异性为86.1%,明显高于 Hcy 和 RDW CV 单项检测的敏感性(82.6%、72.8%)和特异性(80.0%、75.3%)(P <0.05)。结论联合检测血 Hcy 浓度和RDW CV 水平可明显提高 AMI 诊断的敏感性和特异性。

목적:탐토동형반광안산(Hcy)화홍세포체적분포관도변이계수(RDW CV)연합검측대급성심기경사(AMI)진단적림상개치。방법검측55례 AMI 환자、60례폐염환자화60명건강체검자(정상대조조)적 Hcy농도화 RDW CV 수평,병대결과진행비교분석。결과AMI 조 Hcy 화 RDW CV 균명현고우폐염조화정상대조조(P <0.05);연합검측 Hcy 화 RDW CV 대 AMI 진단적민감성위92.0%、특이성위86.1%,명현고우 Hcy 화 RDW CV 단항검측적민감성(82.6%、72.8%)화특이성(80.0%、75.3%)(P <0.05)。결론연합검측혈 Hcy 농도화RDW CV 수평가명현제고 AMI 진단적민감성화특이성。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the homocysteine (Hcy)and red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation (RDW CV)combined detection in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods A total of 55 patients with AMI and 60 patients with pneumonia were enrolled,and 60 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group.The levels of Hcy and RDW CV were determined,and the results were compared.Results In AMI group,Hcy and RDW CV were significantly higher than those of pneumonia and control groups (P <0.05).The sensitivity of the combined detection of Hcy and RDW CV in the diagnosis of AMI was 92.0%, the specificity was 86.1 %,which were higher than those of the single detections of Hcy and RDW CV (82.6%, 72.8% and 80.0%,75.3%)(P <0 05 ).Conclusions The combined detection of Hcy and RDW CV can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of AMI.
