研究了改性涤纶纤维PARSTER的亲水整理原理.用不同亲水整理剂对等离子体处理的PARSTER纤维进行整理,开发了改性涤纶纤维PARSTER的亲水整理剂结合等离子体处理新工艺.结果表明:经等离子体处理后,再用亲水整理剂DP-9993整理PARSTER纤维,织物的毛效最好,达到12.3 cm;经壳聚糖处理后,PARSTER纤维的回潮率显著上升,最高达到2.04%;同时整理后的PARSTER纤维机械性能无明显变化.

The hydrophilic finishing mechanism of modified polyester fiber PARSTER was investigated. Dif-ferent hydrophilic finishing agents were applied in plasma treated PARSTER fibers finish, and the novel finish-ing of modified polyester fiber PARSTER by hydrophilic finishing agents combination with plasma treatment was developed. The results showed that the best capil ary effect 12.3 cm was obtained after plasma treat-ment and hydrophilic finishing agent DP-9993 finishing. The moisture regain of PARSTER fibers after chitosan treatment significantly increased to 2.04% of maximum value. The mechanical property of the finished fibers PARSTER was not affected.
