目的：降低隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤初诊的误诊、漏诊率。方法回顾性分析1例误诊隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的病案并对相关文献报道复习分析。结果本例经病检确诊，手术切口恢复良好，术后行局部放疗，目前控制较好。结论有明确外伤史的皮肤包块应警惕该病的可能，从而降低初诊误诊漏诊率，改善预后。
목적：강저륭돌성피부섬유육류초진적오진、루진솔。방법회고성분석1례오진륭돌성피부섬유육류적병안병대상관문헌보도복습분석。결과본례경병검학진，수술절구회복량호，술후행국부방료，목전공제교호。결론유명학외상사적피부포괴응경척해병적가능，종이강저초진오진루진솔，개선예후。
Objective To reduce the misdiagnosis rate of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberan type. Methods Ratrospectiue analysis one misdiagnosed case of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberan of medical record reviews and analysis related literature report. Results The patient with disease biopsy operation incision, good recovery, postoperative radiotherapy, the current control is bet-ter. Conclusion Skin bag piece has a history of injury should be wary of the disease may be diagnosed, so as to reduce the mis-diagnosis rate, improve prognosis.
