目的：探讨帕罗西汀治疗功能性消化不良( FD)的近期临床疗效。方法选择符合标准的患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，两组患者均给予常规治疗，观察组加用帕罗西汀，疗程结束后2个月评价临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者显效28例、有效率为9例、无效率3例，对照组显效20例、有效率为10例、无效率10例，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。两组患者治疗前FDDQL各维度评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)；疗程结束后2个月，两组患者FDDQL各维度评分较治疗前均提高，但是观察组患者改善幅度更显著，差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论帕罗西汀可以有效缓解FD患者的临床症状，提高生存质量，不良反应轻微，值得临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of paroxetine in the recent treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 80 cases of patients met criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group 40 cases , patients were given conventional treatment , observation group were treated with paroxetine, to evaluate the clinical course of two months after the end of treatment. Results The observation group were 28 cases markedly effective rate of 9 cases , 3 cases of inefficien-cy, the control group 20 cases markedly effective rate was 10 cases , ineffective in 10 cases, the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0. 05). Two groups of patients before treatment FDDQL score each dimension , the difference was not statistically signifi-cant(P>0. 05);before two months after the end of treatment , both groups of patients FDDQL score each dimension were in-creased compared to treatment, but the observed an improvement of more significant group of patients , the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Paroxetine can effectively relieve symptoms of FD patients , improving quality of life , adverse reactions are mild , worthy of clinical use.
