目的：探讨老年髋部骨折(股骨颈骨折、股骨转子间骨折)患者腰椎及对侧髋部骨密度变化,重视骨质疏松的危害性,早期诊断治疗骨质疏松症,减少骨质疏松性骨折及再骨折的发生。方法收集我院2011年9月至2013年10月的146例老年髋部骨折患者的骨密度报告进行分析,女93例、男53例,年龄65~94岁,平均78．7岁,其中进行手术治疗的127例。受伤原因：家中跌倒48例、路上行走摔倒73例、非机动车致伤17例、机动车致伤8例。结果所有患者腰椎及对侧髋部骨密度T值均小于-2．5,最小T值为-5．5,其中腰椎骨密度T值普遍低于髋部骨密度,随着患者年龄增加骨密度更加低下,患者对骨质疏松的知识了解肤浅,没有认识骨质疏松的危害性。结论已发生髋部骨折的老年患者腰椎及对侧髋部骨密度T值均明显低下,骨质疏松严重,对老年患者应早期进行骨质疏松的筛查,早诊断、早治疗,预防骨质疏松性骨折及再骨折的发生。
목적：탐토노년관부골절(고골경골절、고골전자간골절)환자요추급대측관부골밀도변화,중시골질소송적위해성,조기진단치료골질소송증,감소골질소송성골절급재골절적발생。방법수집아원2011년9월지2013년10월적146례노년관부골절환자적골밀도보고진행분석,녀93례、남53례,년령65~94세,평균78．7세,기중진행수술치료적127례。수상원인：가중질도48례、로상행주솔도73례、비궤동차치상17례、궤동차치상8례。결과소유환자요추급대측관부골밀도T치균소우-2．5,최소T치위-5．5,기중요추골밀도T치보편저우관부골밀도,수착환자년령증가골밀도경가저하,환자대골질소송적지식료해부천,몰유인식골질소송적위해성。결론이발생관부골절적노년환자요추급대측관부골밀도T치균명현저하,골질소송엄중,대노년환자응조기진행골질소송적사사,조진단、조치료,예방골질소송성골절급재골절적발생。
Objective To study the change of the bonemineral density of lumbar vertebra and the contralateral hip in the elderly patient with hip fracture( fracture of neck of femur、intertrochanteric fracture) ,pay attention to the perniciousness of osteo-porosis. To diagnosis and treat the osteoporosis in the early stage so that can reduce the occurrence of the osteoportic fracture or re-fracture. Methods To gather and analysis 146 cases of the bonemineral density report in the elderly patient with hip fracture dure from 2011. 9 to 2013. 10 in our hospital,in which there are 93 cases are female and 53 cases are male. The age of these cases is from 65 to 94 years old,and the average age is 78. 7. There are 127 cases of them have had the surgery. The cause of the injury:48 cases of them are have a fall in home,73 cases of them are have a fall during walking,17cases of them are get injured by non-motor vehicle and 8 cases are get injured by motor vehicle. Results All the T value of the bonemineral density of lumbar vertebra and the contralateral hip of these patient are less than-2. 5,and theminimum T value is-5. 5. And in all the cases,the T value of bone-mineral density in lumbar vertebra are general less than the T value of bonemineral density in the contralateral hip. With the growth of the age,the bonemineral density of these patients are even lower. These patients had only a superficial knowlede of the osteoporo-sis and don't realize the perniciousness of it. Conclusion The T value of the bonemineral density of the lumbar vertebra and the contralateral hip are significantly lower in the elderly patient which are already have the hip fracture,and the osteoporosis are seri-ous. To the elderly patient,we should screening,diagnosis and treat the osteoporosis in the early stage so that we can prevent the occurrence of the osteoportic fracture or refracture.
