新兴技术的不断涌现和广泛应用改变了民众沟通交流、获取知识和阅读的行为习惯，带来了科学知识普及方式的重大变革。依托美国新媒体联盟发布的2013年度《地平线报告》信息成果，探讨构建滨海新区创新科学知识普及模式，建立能使民众参与其中，享受科学技术带来的便捷与快乐的知识传播平台，以利于营造科技创新的良好社会氛围。

With the constant rising and wide application of emerging technologies,ways of communications and knowledge obtaining and reading behaviors of the public have been changed and significant changes have been brought into the way of scientific knowledge popularization. Based on revealed information in 2013 Horizon Report released by America New Media Alliance,the innovative scientific knowledge popularization mode in Tianjin Binhai New Area was discussed to enable people to participate and enjoy the convenience and happiness brought by science and technology so as to build a good social atmosphere of science and technology innovation.
