针对含低浓度氨氮的废水再生回灌地下水中氨氮的深度处理问题,提出了沸石生物活性滤池工艺,并对工艺的启动、运行最佳参数及低温运行效果进行研究。结果表明,采用动态自然挂膜培养方式,约15,d,就能形成成熟硝化菌生物膜;正常运行时,最佳水力负荷1,m3/m2,h,气水比1∶1,对氨氮的平均去除效率为79.96%,出水氨氮满足地表回灌水质要求(<1,mg/L);在冬季低温时,虽然可通过降低进水流量来增大去除率,但增幅有限,低温仍是限制氨氮去除的主要原因。

To solve the problem of advanced treatment of ammonia-nitrogen in recharged groundwater,which is recycled from low concentration ammonia-nitrogen reclaimed water,a bio-zeolite filter process was proposed and the process starting parameters,optimum parameters and treatment effects at low temperature were discussed. It was indicated that after 15,days of natural biofilm cultivation,a nitrification bacteria film was formed. During normal operation,the optimum hydraulic load was 1,m3/m2,h,gas water ration was 1∶1,the average NH3-N removal effi-ciency was 79.96%, and NH3-N concentration in the effluent met the quality of groundwater recharge requirements(<1,mg/L). In winter,despite the removal rate can be increased through reduction of the water flow, the growth is still limited,indicating that low temperature is still the main limiting factor that affects ammonia nitro-gen removal.
