井架在起升过程中的力学分析比较复杂,很难采用理论计算的方法得到。为了保证井架及其起升系统的安全,以 JJ675/48-K 型井架为例,采用 SAFI 7.1软件建立模型并模拟该井架的起升过程。分析了在不同起升角度时井架和钢丝绳的受力,得到了最大起升力、最大钩载及井架各构件的强度、刚度。为井架的结构设计和现场起升提供依据。

Absttact:Mechanical analysis during the process of drilling derrick raising is complex,it is difficult to use theoretical calculation methods.To take JJ675 /48-K type drilling derrick as an example,in order to ensure the safety of the drilling derrick and its raising system,SAFI 7.1 software was used to do the modeling and to simulate the drilling derrick raising process.Analyzing wire line force and stress that the drilling derrick has taken when it was at different raising angles,the maximum raising force and hook load,strength and rigidity of every component were obtained.All of these data would be the basis for drilling derrick structure design and on-site raising.
