弹性传热元件是由多根弯曲管束组成,通过连接体胀接后悬臂支撑,由于结构复杂,难以直接求解其管内流固耦合振动方程。建立了平面弹性管束和空间螺旋管束2类弹性管束的振动状态方程,对比分析了管内流速对2类弹性管束振动特性的影响。在相同的管内流动条件下,空间螺旋管束的频率较低,其振动失稳的临界流速比平面弹性管束的小,但远大于弹性管束换热器在石化工程中的实际管程流速,保证了设备运行的可靠性。

Absttact:The investigation of vibration characteristics of the two tube bundles in condition of tube side fluid flow is meaningful.Both of the two elastic tube bundles are composed with several cur-ving pipes,which are connected with the rigid body.The elastic heat transfer element is supported as a cantilever.It is hard to directly solve their vibration equations in condition of tube side fluid flow,due to their complicated structures.Both the two tube bundles’vibration characteristics were discussed in this paper via the finite element method.The tube vibration equations were founded,and the vibration frequencies were analyzed.The influence of tube side fluid flow on the vibration characteristics was also investigated.The results shown that,in condition of equal shell diameter and shell side flow speed,both the frequencies and the critical velocity of vibration buck-ling of conical spiral tube bundle are lower,while the critical velocity is much larger than the nor-mal flow speed in real work condition.
