目的：观察益气固本汤合俞募配穴敷贴治疗缓解期支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将90例缓解期支气管哮喘患者按就诊顺序随机分成2组，治疗组45例给予益气固本汤合俞募配穴敷贴治疗，对照组45例采用口服β2受体激动剂、抗胆碱药、抗生素、茶碱类和糖皮质激素等药物治疗，2组均治疗3个月后评价疗效。结果：主要症状（咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、哮鸣音）改善情况治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05），总有效率治疗组为95.56%，对照组为80.00%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。嗜酸性粒细胞计数治疗后治疗组改善较对照组显著（P＜0.05）。结论：益气固本汤合俞募配穴敷贴治疗缓解期支气管哮喘疗效显著。
목적：관찰익기고본탕합유모배혈부첩치료완해기지기관효천적림상료효。방법：장90례완해기지기관효천환자안취진순서수궤분성2조，치료조45례급여익기고본탕합유모배혈부첩치료，대조조45례채용구복β2수체격동제、항담감약、항생소、다감류화당피질격소등약물치료，2조균치료3개월후평개료효。결과：주요증상（해수、각담、천식、효명음）개선정황치료조우우대조조（P＜0.05），총유효솔치료조위95.56%，대조조위80.00%，2조비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。기산성립세포계수치료후치료조개선교대조조현저（P＜0.05）。결론：익기고본탕합유모배혈부첩치료완해기지기관효천료효현저。
Objective: To survey curative effects of YiQi GuBen Tang and acupoint application in treating bronchial asthma at remission stage. Methods:Ninety patients were randomized into two groups according to the vis-iting order, the treatment group were given with YiQi GuBen Tang and acupoint application, the control group took the drugs including β2 receptor agonist, anticholinergic agent, antibiotics, theophyllines, glucocorticoid and others. Therapeutic effects were assessed when both groups were treated for three months. Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in the symptom improvement (cough, expectoration, panting and wheezing rale) (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%, higher than 80.00%of the control group with significant dif-ference (P<0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group in eosinophile granulocyte count signifi-cantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:YiQi GuBen Tang and acupoint application are effective in treating bronchial asthma at remission stage.
