目的：观察头清胶囊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。对照组治以微调手法，观察组在此基础上加服头清胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d，2组均以10次为1疗程，治疗1个疗程后统计疗效。结果：临床痊愈率观察组为12.00%，对照组为4.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；总有效率观察组为92.00%，对照组为80.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组治疗前后眩晕、头痛、头昏、恶心、耳鸣、耳聋、视物程度等症状评分差比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：头清胶囊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著。
목적：관찰두청효낭치료추동맥형경추병적림상료효。방법：장100례환자수궤분위관찰조、대조조각50례。대조조치이미조수법，관찰조재차기출상가복두청효낭，4립/차，3차/d，2조균이10차위1료정，치료1개료정후통계료효。결과：림상전유솔관찰조위12.00%，대조조위4.00%，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；총유효솔관찰조위92.00%，대조조위80.00%，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。2조치료전후현훈、두통、두혼、악심、이명、이롱、시물정도등증상평분차비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：두청효낭치료추동맥형경추병림상료효현저。
Objective:To discuss curative effects of TouQing capsules in treating cervical spondylosis of verte-bral artery type. Methods:One hundred patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated with fine adjusting manipulation, and the observation group took TouQing capsules, four pills each time, three times per day, Ten times were one course of the treatment, clinical effects were observed after treating for one course of the treatment. Results:Clinical cure rate of the observation group was 12.00%, higher than 4.00%of the control group with significant difference (P<0.05);total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%, superior to 80.00%of the control group with significant difference (P<0.05). The difference was no-table in the comparison of symptom scales of vertigo, headache, dizziness, nausea, tinnitus, deafness and vision be-tween before and after treating (P<0.05). Conclusion:TouQing capsules are effective in treating cervical spondylo-sis of vertebral artery type.
