目的：调查二级医院消毒供应室管理现状，分析存在的困难和主要问题，提出整改建议。方法：按照卫生部《医院消毒供应中心行业卫生标准》，对10所二级医院重复使用诊疗器械清洗灭菌管理现状进行调查。结果：10所医院消毒供应中心均未实现集中管理，器械清洗地点均在使用科室，清洗质量差，缺乏基本的清洗消毒设备，清洁剂、润滑剂配备不符合要求，无水处理系统，清洗灭菌监测不到位。结论：二级医院消毒供应中心管理与国家卫计委要求差距很大，主要是设备投入的不足，应加强管理，增加投入，尽快实现消毒供应中心的集中管理。

목적：조사이급의원소독공응실관리현상，분석존재적곤난화주요문제，제출정개건의。방법：안조위생부《의원소독공응중심행업위생표준》，대10소이급의원중복사용진료기계청세멸균관리현상진행조사。결과：10소의원소독공응중심균미실현집중관리，기계청세지점균재사용과실，청세질량차，결핍기본적청세소독설비，청길제、윤활제배비불부합요구，무수처리계통，청세멸균감측불도위。결론：이급의원소독공응중심관리여국가위계위요구차거흔대，주요시설비투입적불족，응가강관리，증가투입，진쾌실현소독공응중심적집중관리。
Objective:To raise rectification suggestions, analyze the existing difficulties and main problems by investigating management status of disinfection room in secondary hospital. Methods:Management status of medical instruments cleaning and disinfection used in ten secondary hospitals were investigated according to Sanitary Stan-dards of Hospital Central Sterile Supply Department in Health Ministry. Results:Centralized management was not realized in central sterile supply departments of ten hospitals, sites for the cleaning and disinfection were in the de-partments, cleaning quality was poor, basic equipments for cleaning and disinfections were lacked, cleaning agents and lubricants didn't meet the requirements, anhydrous processing system and the monitoring for cleaning and disin-fection were not prepared. Conclusion:There are great gaps between the management of central sterile supply de-partment in secondary hospital and the requirements of Health Ministry:mainly influenced by lacking the investment of the equipments, we should enhance the management, increase the investment and carry out centralized manage-ment of central sterile supply department.
