目的:探讨户外拓展体力活动特征与支链氨基酸代谢关系模型。方法:以一次20人为时4天的户外拓展训练为对象,分为男子组和女子组,通过每天对于不同受试对象的脉搏指数,血压指数,疲劳指数,肺活量指数等影响支链氨基酸代谢过程和代谢程度的量进行监测,构建户外拓展体力活动的过程与支链氨基酸详细代谢关系模型。结果:随着天数增加,男子组脉搏指数明显高于女子组,且稳定性较女子组差,男子组与女子组的血压指数基本相当,男子组疲劳指数高于女子组,肺活量指数高于女子组。结论:通过采用该方法构建的户外拓展体力活动特征与支链氨基酸代谢关系模型,在不同时间内,支链氨基酸的代谢稳定,对于机体持续代谢氧气需求量的稳定性更高,肺活量指数影响支链氨基酸代谢对于男性而言更加明显。分析证明该模型能有效改善脉搏指数,血压指数,疲劳指数,肺活量指数对支链氨基酸代谢过程和代谢程度的影响,为定量分析氨基酸在人体内代谢功能提供数据基础,分析户外拓展体力活动特征与人体正常代谢和生命运作的关系提供理论模型。

Objective: To investigate relationship model between expand outdoor physical activity characteristic and branched-chain amino acid. Methods:20 people during a four-day outdoor training is taken as object, divided into men's and women's groups for different subjects, the pulse index, blood pressure index, fatigue index, vital capacity index are in-spected daily, which influence the process of branched-chain amino acid metabolism, the amount of metabolic processes is monitored, the expand outdoor physical activity branched chain amino acid metabolism is analyzed in the relational model. Results:With the increase of the number of days, the pulse index is significantly higher in the men's than in the women's group, and it is less stability compared with the women, the men's and women's blood pressure index is roughly equal, men's groups fatigue index is higher than women's groups, the men’s vital capacity index is higher than women group. Con-clusions: Expand the physical activity traits and branched chain amino acids metabolism model by constructing the out-door, in different time, metabolic stability of branched chain amino acids for stability, persistent metabolic oxygen demand higher, vital capacity index effect of branched chain amino acid metabolism for men is more obvious. It is proved that the model can effectively improve the pulse index, blood pressure, fatigue index, vital capacity index on the effects of branched chain amino acid metabolism and metabolic extent, amino acid in the human body continuously on the metabolism of rela-tionship support the body's normal metabolism and life operation and provide theoretical model for quantitative analysis.
