目的:探讨阶段运动负荷下调节纤维激酶,RPE与BP间的相关性。方法:以40名运动员为研究对象,采用自身对照法,动态调节纤维激酶,RPE与BP测量,观察运动员休息状态下到运动比赛后48h内的动态调节纤维激酶,RPE和BP变化。测定运动员运动结束后0 h,24 h,48 h的血液血清中总胆固醇(TC)与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的动态变化结果。结果:与散打运动前相比,一次运动后,运动员的BP都呈下降趋势,其中舒张压下降的程度更加明显。这种血压下降结果可持续10 h以上,24 h后恢复到运动前水平,运动后TC浓度下降(P<0.05),HDL-C浓度上升(P<0.05),BP与调节纤维激酶,RPE均无关,运动后24 h,HDL-C浓度持续升高(P<0.01),BP受调节纤维激酶影响较大,48 h后,TC浓度恢复正常,HDL-C浓度保持较高,BP受RPE影响较大。结论:阶段运动负荷使人体血脂产生变化,运动对血脂的良好作用可持续48 h,推荐3天进行一次运动,调节人体机能。

목적:탐토계단운동부하하조절섬유격매,RPE여BP간적상관성。방법:이40명운동원위연구대상,채용자신대조법,동태조절섬유격매,RPE여BP측량,관찰운동원휴식상태하도운동비새후48h내적동태조절섬유격매,RPE화BP변화。측정운동원운동결속후0 h,24 h,48 h적혈액혈청중총담고순(TC)여고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)적동태변화결과。결과:여산타운동전상비,일차운동후,운동원적BP도정하강추세,기중서장압하강적정도경가명현。저충혈압하강결과가지속10 h이상,24 h후회복도운동전수평,운동후TC농도하강(P<0.05),HDL-C농도상승(P<0.05),BP여조절섬유격매,RPE균무관,운동후24 h,HDL-C농도지속승고(P<0.01),BP수조절섬유격매영향교대,48 h후,TC농도회복정상,HDL-C농도보지교고,BP수RPE영향교대。결론:계단운동부하사인체혈지산생변화,운동대혈지적량호작용가지속48 h,추천3천진행일차운동,조절인체궤능。
Objective:the regulation fiber kinase, RPE and BP relationship between each other is investigated for Sport un-der increasing load. Methods:40 athletes of Sport athletes are taken as target, the self-control, dynamic regulation fiber ki-nase, RPE and BP measurement is used, and the dynamic regulation fiber kinase, RPE and BP changes are observed within 48h after the game. Determination 0h, 24h, 48h, blood serum total cholesterol (TC) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) after games, the results of the dynamic changes for athletes is recorded. Results:Compared with the Sport previ-ous time, after each sport game, the BP of the athletes tend to decrease, the diastolic blood pressure decrease the extent of which is more pronounced. This drop in blood pressure results sustainable over 10h, after 24h, it returns to the pre-exer-cise levels. The TC concentrations decreased after exercise (P<0.05), HDL-C concentration increases (P<0.05), BP and the regulation fiber kinase, RPE are unrelated, after exercise 24h, HDL-C concentrations continued to increase (P<0.01), the BP is influenced by regulation fiber kinase, 48h later, the TC concentrations return to normal, the HDL-C concentrations remain high, the BP influence by the RPE. Conclusion:Sport makes the body produce changes in lipids, and the test result shows that it has good effect on blood lipids within 48 h, three days once sport is recommended to regulate body.
