目的:优选天芪降糖颗粒的制备工艺。方法:以成型率、流动性、溶化性为指标,筛选赋形剂、润湿剂品种及配比,优选最佳成型工艺。结果:最佳制粒工艺:天花粉、茯苓粉碎,过80目筛,与流浸膏混合制软材,润湿剂为70%的乙醇,乙醇用量比为20%,CRH65%。结论:颗粒剂工艺合理,简便稳定,可用于大批量生产。

목적:우선천기강당과립적제비공예。방법:이성형솔、류동성、용화성위지표,사선부형제、윤습제품충급배비,우선최가성형공예。결과:최가제립공예:천화분、복령분쇄,과80목사,여류침고혼합제연재,윤습제위70%적을순,을순용량비위20%,CRH65%。결론:과립제공예합리,간편은정,가용우대비량생산。
Objective: To optimize preparation technology of TianQi JiangTang granules. Method: The best molding process was optimized by taking the shaping rate, fluidity and dissolubility as the indexes, excipient, the types of wetting agents and proportions were screened. Results:The optimal preparation technology: TianHuaFen (Trichosanthis Radix) and FuLing [Poria cocos (Schw.)Wolf.] smashed, 80-mesh screen, mixed with fluid extract to make soft material, wetting agent was 70%ethanol, ethanol volume ratio was 20%and CRH 65%. Conclusion:The preparation of the granule is reasonable, simple and stable, it could be used for mass production.
