目的:优选黄连解毒合剂提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:以干膏、黄芩苷为评价指标,用正交实验法对黄连解毒合剂进行制备工艺的筛选。结果:最佳提取工艺为煎煮2次,每次加水8倍,第1次1小时,第2次0.5小时,醇沉浓度为55%。结论:该优选工艺合理可行。

목적:우선황련해독합제제취공예적최가조건。방법:이간고、황금감위평개지표,용정교실험법대황련해독합제진행제비공예적사선。결과:최가제취공예위전자2차,매차가수8배,제1차1소시,제2차0.5소시,순침농도위55%。결론:해우선공예합리가행。
Objective: To optimize the best conditions of extraction process of HuanLian JieDu mixture. Methods:The preparation of HuanLian JieDu mixture was screened by orthogonal test by taking the extract yield and baicalin as the evaluating indexes. Results:The best extraction process was as follows:extracting twice, adding water of eight times, extracting for one hour at the first time, half of one hour at the second time, alcohol-precipitation concentration was 55%. Conclusion:The optimized technology is reasonable and feasible.
