目的：观察调胃汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法136例入选患者口服调胃汤1个月，每日1剂。结果痊愈54例，显效53例，有效28例，无效1例，痊愈率39.71％，总有效率99.26％。结论调胃汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效满意，值得推广应用。

목적：관찰조위탕치료공능성소화불량적림상료효。방법136례입선환자구복조위탕1개월，매일1제。결과전유54례，현효53례，유효28례，무효1례，전유솔39.71％，총유효솔99.26％。결론조위탕치료공능성소화불량료효만의，치득추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Tiaowei decoction in treating functional dyspepsia .Methods 136 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were treated with oral Tiaowei decoction one dose per day for one month .Results After treatment , 54 cases of patients cured , 53 cases were markedly improved , 28 cases effective , 1 case had no effect , the recovery rate was 39.71%, the total effective rate was 99.26%.Conclusion The treatment effect of Tiaowei decoction in functional dyspepsia is better .Tiaowei decoction is worthy of promotion .
