目的：探讨产后出血的临床处理。方法对我院2012年3月-2013年3月4000例阴道分娩的产妇，随机分为对照组（催产素组）和治疗组（催产素＋中药组），比较两组第三产程时间、产后2小时出血量、产后出血例数。结果与单纯使用催产素相比，催产素加中药能使第三产程明显缩短、产后2小时出血量明显减少、产后出血例数明显降低。结论催产素加中药起到了突出的防治产后出血的效果。
목적：탐토산후출혈적림상처리。방법대아원2012년3월-2013년3월4000례음도분면적산부，수궤분위대조조（최산소조）화치료조（최산소＋중약조），비교량조제삼산정시간、산후2소시출혈량、산후출혈례수。결과여단순사용최산소상비，최산소가중약능사제삼산정명현축단、산후2소시출혈량명현감소、산후출혈례수명현강저。결론최산소가중약기도료돌출적방치산후출혈적효과。
Objective To explore the clinical procedures of postpartum hemorrhage .Methods 4000 cases of vaginal delivery of maternal in our hospital in March 2012-march2013, were randomly divided into control group (oxytocin group) and treatment group (oxytocin+Chinese traditional medicine group ) .We compared two groups of the third labor time , 2 hours of postpartum hemorrhage amount , postpartum hemorrhage cases .Results Compared with the simple use of oxytocin , oxytocin add Chinese traditional medicine can significantly shorten the third labor time , reduced 2 hours postpartum haemorrhage amount , and decreased the number of postpartum hemorrhage cases . Conclusion Oxytocin and traditional Chinese medicine has played prominent effect to prevent and treat postpartum hemorrhage .
