目的：观察应用血脂康对血脂正常的高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度（ IMT）的影响。方法共纳入血脂正常的高血压患者65例，随机分为血脂康组33例，对照组32例。两组均给予氨氯地平、依那普利口服治疗，血脂康组在此基础上加用血脂康口服，疗程为12周，观察治疗前后血脂、血压、脉压、IMT的变化。结果1、血脂康组治疗后进一步降低血脂水平（ P＜0.05）；2、与对照组治疗后比较，血脂康组治疗后进一步降低24小时平均收缩压、脉压水平（ P＜0.05）；3、与对照组治疗后比较，血脂康组治疗后可降低IMT（P＜0.05）。结论血脂康能明显改善血脂正常的高血压患者的IMT。
목적：관찰응용혈지강대혈지정상적고혈압환자경동맥내막중층후도（ IMT）적영향。방법공납입혈지정상적고혈압환자65례，수궤분위혈지강조33례，대조조32례。량조균급여안록지평、의나보리구복치료，혈지강조재차기출상가용혈지강구복，료정위12주，관찰치료전후혈지、혈압、맥압、IMT적변화。결과1、혈지강조치료후진일보강저혈지수평（ P＜0.05）；2、여대조조치료후비교，혈지강조치료후진일보강저24소시평균수축압、맥압수평（ P＜0.05）；3、여대조조치료후비교，혈지강조치료후가강저IMT（P＜0.05）。결론혈지강능명현개선혈지정상적고혈압환자적IMT。
Objective To observe the effect of Xuezhikang on the intima-media thickness ( IMT ) of carotid artery in patients with hypertension and normal blood lipids .Methods 65 cases of hypertensive patients with normal blood lipids were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=33) and a control group (n=32).Both groups were given amlodipine besylate tablet and enalapril maleate tablet .The treatment group was extra treated with Xuezhikang .Experiments were continued for 12 weeks .The changes of blood lipids , blood pressure , pulse pressure and IMT of carotid artery were observed at the beginning and at the end of experiment .Results After the treatment,blood lipids , systolic readings and blood pressure by an average , and IMT of carotid artery in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions Xuezhikang significantly improves IMT of carotid artery in hypertensive patients with normal blood lipids .
