目的:研究四物汤对常用化疗药的抗诱变作用。方法采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验。每个实验体系中,分别设空白组、阳性组、四物汤高剂量组、四物汤中剂量组和四物汤低剂量组。制备出微核标本后,在光镜下观察、计数。结果四物汤3个剂量组,与阳性组比较,均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论四物汤有明显的抗诱变作用。

목적:연구사물탕대상용화료약적항유변작용。방법채용소서골수세포미핵시험。매개실험체계중,분별설공백조、양성조、사물탕고제량조、사물탕중제량조화사물탕저제량조。제비출미핵표본후,재광경하관찰、계수。결과사물탕3개제량조,여양성조비교,균유겁현저차이(P<0.01)。결론사물탕유명현적항유변작용。
Objective To observe the anti mutagenic effects of Siwu Decoction .Methods Mouse bone marrow cell micronucleus test ( MN) was used.5 groups were included in each test system .These five groups were the blank group , positive group and three different doses Siwu Decoction groups .When specimens were prepared , MN were observed and counted .Results There was significant difference between the positive group and the Siwu Decoction groups (P<0.01).Conclusions In the range of this experiment, there is obvious anti mutagenic effect in Siwu Decoction .
