采用经纱为纯棉股线,纬纱依次为纯棉股线、汉麻/棉混纺纱股线、锦纶丝股线的原料,织造两组规格相同的织物,每组各含3类织物,探讨了纱线捻度、纬纱纤维种类及纬纱线密度不同对其表面性能和凉爽性能的影响规律。结果表明,纤维的吸湿、导湿、透湿等湿性能优异会促进织物导热性能的提高,增大纱线捻度是提高织物导热性能的重要手段,纬纱为汉麻/棉混纺纱股线的织物具有很好的“凉”和“爽”的使用性能。
採用經紗為純棉股線,緯紗依次為純棉股線、漢痳/棉混紡紗股線、錦綸絲股線的原料,織造兩組規格相同的織物,每組各含3類織物,探討瞭紗線撚度、緯紗纖維種類及緯紗線密度不同對其錶麵性能和涼爽性能的影響規律。結果錶明,纖維的吸濕、導濕、透濕等濕性能優異會促進織物導熱性能的提高,增大紗線撚度是提高織物導熱性能的重要手段,緯紗為漢痳/棉混紡紗股線的織物具有很好的“涼”和“爽”的使用性能。
채용경사위순면고선,위사의차위순면고선、한마/면혼방사고선、금륜사고선적원료,직조량조규격상동적직물,매조각함3류직물,탐토료사선념도、위사섬유충류급위사선밀도불동대기표면성능화량상성능적영향규률。결과표명,섬유적흡습、도습、투습등습성능우이회촉진직물도열성능적제고,증대사선념도시제고직물도열성능적중요수단,위사위한마/면혼방사고선적직물구유흔호적“량”화“상”적사용성능。
Two groups of fabric each with three kinds of fabric in same specifications were woven respectively with pure cotton ply-yarn, hemp/cotton blended ply-yarn and polyamide iflament ply-yarn, and based on which, how will different twist as well as different ifber types and densities of weft yarn inlfuence each fabric’s surface properties and coolness property was investigated. The results show that the excellent hydroscopicity, moisture penetrability and liquid permeability of the ifber can improve the heat conductivity of fabric, and the increase of yarn twist is an important means for improving the heat conductivity of fabric and the fabrics which use hemp/cotton blended ply-yarn as weft can provide the fabric with good“cool”and“fresh”performance.
