本文通过氧化活化棉纤维并接枝端氨基超支化聚合物制备了氨基化改性棉纤维及织物,利用改性棉纤维中丰富氨基对银离子的络合、还原作用原位控制生成纳米银实现了对棉织物的高效抗菌整理;比较研究了原棉和氨基化棉织物原位生成纳米银整理的效果。结果表明,氨基化棉纤维原位生成的纳米银粒径远小于原棉纤维,且氨基化棉织物整理后纳米银的耐洗牢度较高,能够保持对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌99.9%以上的抑菌率。

본문통과양화활화면섬유병접지단안기초지화취합물제비료안기화개성면섬유급직물,이용개성면섬유중봉부안기대은리자적락합、환원작용원위공제생성납미은실현료대면직물적고효항균정리;비교연구료원면화안기화면직물원위생성납미은정리적효과。결과표명,안기화면섬유원위생성적납미은립경원소우원면섬유,차안기화면직물정리후납미은적내세뇌도교고,능구보지대금황색포도구균화대장간균99.9%이상적억균솔。
This paper described a method of in situ synthesis of silver nanoparticles in cotton fibers through complexing and reducing silver ions by amino groups. The amino group functional cotton fibers were prepared by grafting amino terminated hyperbranched polymers on the oxidized cotton. The in situ synthesis of silver nanoparticles in control cotton fabric and amino group functional cotton fabric were compared. The results indicated that silver nanoparticles generated in amino group functional cotton fabric were much smaller than that in control cotton fabric. The silver nanoparticles generated in amino group functional cotton fabric also had higher laundering durability. After 30 times repeat laundering%the bacterial reduction rates against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were able to maintain above 99.9%.
