给水专项规划作为城市总体规划的一个重要组成部分,关系到城市的发展,越来越得到相关部门的重视。给水专项规划设计中的节能主要体现在用水量预测及水资源平衡分析、供水方式的选择、城市再生水利用、新型管材的选用、水力计算、规划实施方案决策等方面。结合给水专项规划中的部分实例,简要分析了规划设计过程中各个环节的节能控制措施。提出了多种方法预测城市用水量、分区分压供水方案、城市工业用水和市政杂用水考虑优先使用再生水、推荐使用新型管材、控制点服务水头及管道经济流速的确定方法、合理确定近期实施方案、充分利用现状给水设施、给水管理系统整合提效等观点。

Special planning of water supply is an important part of urban planning in city. It relates to the urban development which attracts more and more attention by various departments and organizations. The energy-saving design is special planning of water supply mainly reflects in the prediction of water consumption and water resources balance analysis, supply options, reclaimed water in city, the selection of new pipes, hydraulic calculation, the plan implementation decisions. Energy-saving control measures are analyzed briefly during each link of the design process, combined with cases of the water supply in the special planning. Proposed a variety of methods to predict urban water consumption, including the partition and partial pressure of water supply scheme, the priority use of recycled water in urban industrial water and municipal miscellaneous water, the suggestion to use new pipe, the method for determining service head and the point of low-cost pipeline flow rate, reasonable assurance as to the recent implementation of the program, taking full advantage of the current water supply facilities, integration and efficiency improve-ment of water management systems, and so on.
