随着我国城镇化进程的快速发展,建筑业二氧化碳的排放量已位居国民经济各部门之首,且呈刚性增长。以城市化进程中大量性的、经过设计和有组织施工建造的城市建筑为研究对象,基于生命周期评价理论,界定了城市建筑生命周期碳排放评价的系统边界和清单内容,构建了微观层面的城市建筑生命周期碳排放核算模型,并结合既有办公建筑绿色化改造实例进行了实证检验,验证了碳核算模型的科学性和实用性。

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process, the carbon dioxide emissions of the construction industry has been ranked first in the division of the national economy, and the growth was rigid. Based on the theory of Life-cycle Assessment, this paper focused on the urban building which is designed and under organization construction in the process of urbanization, defined the system scope and inventory of urban building life cycle carbon dioxide emission assessment, and established a quantitative life cycle carbon emission accounting model. Furthermore, the accounting model was verified with an exist-ing office building renovation case study.
