对20世纪90年代以前北京农村地区传统民居进行了现场调研，汇总了目前北京农村传统民居墙体的构造形式，并对其进行了热工性能分析，同时分析了目前村镇常用的墙体保温措施在北京传统民居中应用的适宜性。基于当前市场材料导热性能参数、材料费、人工费和施工费等数据，给出了北京农村传统民居墙体在不同保温措施改良后的性价比指标，以期为农村传统民居墙体热工性能的改良作参考。

Based on the analysis of traditional housing built in 1990s and before in Beijing rural area, the paper summarized the current structure types of the wall, and carried on thermal analysis. Simultane-ously, the suitability analysis of the insulation measures in the current town on the traditional houses in Beijing is conducted. Based on the thermal performance parameters, material costs, labor costs and con-struction fees and so on, the paper proposed the ratio of performance to cost of different insulation mea-sures, it will be reference to improving the wall thermal performance of traditional houses in rural areas.
