浙江大学医学院附属二院建德分院以建立县级综合性公立医院及其部门、科室、个人的绩效目标评价作为研究对象,集合目标、平衡、关键业绩等理论和原则,综合多种研究方法,建立了以医院战略发展目标为前提,以院长行政综合查房为重点,以职能科室考评为依据,以科室自评、全员参与为基础,病人参与及社会监督为补充的360绩效目标评价体系。在提升医院绩效管理的规范化、科学化、精细化等方面收到了良好的效果。
浙江大學醫學院附屬二院建德分院以建立縣級綜閤性公立醫院及其部門、科室、箇人的績效目標評價作為研究對象,集閤目標、平衡、關鍵業績等理論和原則,綜閤多種研究方法,建立瞭以醫院戰略髮展目標為前提,以院長行政綜閤查房為重點,以職能科室攷評為依據,以科室自評、全員參與為基礎,病人參與及社會鑑督為補充的360績效目標評價體繫。在提升醫院績效管理的規範化、科學化、精細化等方麵收到瞭良好的效果。
절강대학의학원부속이원건덕분원이건립현급종합성공립의원급기부문、과실、개인적적효목표평개작위연구대상,집합목표、평형、관건업적등이론화원칙,종합다충연구방법,건립료이의원전략발전목표위전제,이원장행정종합사방위중점,이직능과실고평위의거,이과실자평、전원삼여위기출,병인삼여급사회감독위보충적360적효목표평개체계。재제승의원적효관리적규범화、과학화、정세화등방면수도료량호적효과。
Taking department, section and staff’s performance goal as research object, according to the goal, balance and key performance theory and principle and combined with a series of research methods, Zhejiang University Affiliated the Second Hospital Jiande Branch Hospital has established 360 performance goal assessment system which can summarized as hospital strategy development goal as the precondition, hospital director’s administration ward rounds as the key point, department assessment as the foundation and self assessment and full participation as the basis. It has got good effect on improving hospital performance standardization, scientific and refined management.
