目的：探讨中医药治疗急性前列腺炎的护理措施。方法选取28例急性前列腺炎患者，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组患者各14例，对照组采取中医药治疗，观察组在治疗的同时，结合全面的饮食调护，舒畅情志、改变生活方式等综合护理干预。结果对照组痊愈8例（57.14%）、显效3例（21.43%）、有效3例（21.43%）、无效0例（0%）；观察组痊愈12例（85.72%）、显效1例（7.14%）、有效1（7.14%）、无效0例（0%），观察组的治疗效果明显高于对照组。结论急性前列腺炎在中医药治疗的基础上结合针对性的护理干预可以提高治疗效果，促进患者早日康复。
목적：탐토중의약치료급성전렬선염적호리조시。방법선취28례급성전렬선염환자，수궤분성대조조화관찰조，매조환자각14례，대조조채취중의약치료，관찰조재치료적동시，결합전면적음식조호，서창정지、개변생활방식등종합호리간예。결과대조조전유8례（57.14%）、현효3례（21.43%）、유효3례（21.43%）、무효0례（0%）；관찰조전유12례（85.72%）、현효1례（7.14%）、유효1（7.14%）、무효0례（0%），관찰조적치료효과명현고우대조조。결론급성전렬선염재중의약치료적기출상결합침대성적호리간예가이제고치료효과，촉진환자조일강복。
Objective The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with acute prostatitis to be investigated. Methods Making a selection of 28 cases of patients with perianal abscess at random and separating them into controlled group and experiment group with 14 patients equal y. The patients in control ed group accept conventional attendance with taking traditional Chinese medicine. While, the patients in experiment group are given intervention treatment except for conventional attendance, for instance, dietary attendance, be in mood, changing lifestyle. Results In the control ed group, there are 8 cases of patients are cured(57.14%), 3 cases of patients show a sign of improvement (21.43%), 3 cases are effective (21.43%) and no case is ineffective (0%), the desired effects achieved in experiment group is greatly higher than counterparts in control ed group. Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese medicine treatment with targeted treatment intervention in curing patients with acute prostatitis could enhance the treatment effect and assist the patients to get recovery soon.
