本文研究了样例无人机飞行仿真计算机的1553B总线接口单元,完成了详细的硬件电路设计。接口单元采用CycloneIII系列 FPGA为处理器,接收外部1553B传感器输入数据,通过数据预处理后将数据转换为FlexRay数据格式,发送给飞行仿真计算机的CPU单元,实现外部1553B设备与飞行仿真计算机的实时通信。实验测试验证了设计的正确性,可为新型分布式无人机飞行仿真计算机提供1553B通信接口。

This paper designed a 1553B interface card for the sampleflight simulation computer. The detail schematic of the interface card is given out. The card use Cyclone III FPGA as processor and receive sensor data of 1553B from the exterior Avionics System. Data preprocessing converted the sensor data into data format of FlexRay. Then transmit the data to CPU card by FlexRay bus which is the flight control computer internal bus. Thisimplement a solid hour of the communication between external devices and the flight control computer. The experiment verified the correctness of the design and can provide 1553B communication interface for the new distributed UAV flight simulation computer.
