目的：探讨腹腔镜胃癌手术患者常见并发症及其预防措施。方法对来我院诊治的80例患者入院资料进行分析，患者入院后进行常规检查，患者均得到确诊并且都采用腹腔镜胃癌手术治疗，分析患者术后常见并发症及其防治对策。结果实验中患者并发症发生率为7.5%。患者中，1例术中出血，2例脏器损伤，3例术后并发症。结论腹腔镜胃癌手术后并发症较多，应尽早采取有效措施降低并发症发生率，提高手术成功率。
목적：탐토복강경위암수술환자상견병발증급기예방조시。방법대래아원진치적80례환자입원자료진행분석，환자입원후진행상규검사，환자균득도학진병차도채용복강경위암수술치료，분석환자술후상견병발증급기방치대책。결과실험중환자병발증발생솔위7.5%。환자중，1례술중출혈，2례장기손상，3례술후병발증。결론복강경위암수술후병발증교다，응진조채취유효조시강저병발증발생솔，제고수술성공솔。
Objective To investigate the common complications in patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer operation and its prevention measures. Methods 80 cases of patients admitted to our hospital were analyzed,after the patient is admitted to hospital for routine examination, patients were diagnosedand treated by laparoscopic operation for gastric cancer,to analyze the common complications and prevention measures of postoperative patients with. Results The complications in patients with the incidence of 7.5%.Patients,bleeding in 1 cases, 2 cases of organ injury,3 cases of postoperative complications. Conclusion The complications after operation in laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer,we should take effective measures to reduce the incidence of complications,improve the success rate of operation.
