针对某型飞机刹车控制系统在试验过程中出现的双余度电源失效故障现象,本文对电源失效的故障现象进行了机理分析,确定了故障原因为使用过程中电源主回路上电流过大,从而导致限流电阻熔断,采用仿真分析方法外加各种边界激励使得故障复现,通过更改电容充放电回路从而降低电源回路上的最大电流,得出了解决此类故障现象的方法为合理选择电源主回路上电容充放电的方式。
針對某型飛機剎車控製繫統在試驗過程中齣現的雙餘度電源失效故障現象,本文對電源失效的故障現象進行瞭機理分析,確定瞭故障原因為使用過程中電源主迴路上電流過大,從而導緻限流電阻鎔斷,採用倣真分析方法外加各種邊界激勵使得故障複現,通過更改電容充放電迴路從而降低電源迴路上的最大電流,得齣瞭解決此類故障現象的方法為閤理選擇電源主迴路上電容充放電的方式。

The failure symptom of dual redundant power supply for an arcraft brake control system during the test , this paper conducted a power failure mechanism analysis ,determine the cause of the failure is the process of using the main power loop current is too large,resulting in a current limiting resistor fuse. Simulation analysis using various boundary plus incentives so that the fault reproduction, by changing the capacitor charging and discharging circuit which reduces the maximum current the power back on the road ,come to a solution of such failure phenomena reasonable choice for the main loop mode power supply capacitors charge and discharge experimental verification , proposed a method to solve such symptom.
