目的探讨慢性功能衰竭患者临床护理。方法选取2013年2月～2014年6月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者21例危重病患者的资料进行分析。结果通过临床护理工作，显效9例，有效9例，无效3例，总有效率85.7%。结论合理的营养膳食调配，卧床休息，避免过度疲劳。延长患者的生存时间和生存质量。

목적탐토만성공능쇠갈환자림상호리。방법선취2013년2월～2014년6월수치적만성신공능쇠갈환자21례위중병환자적자료진행분석。결과통과림상호리공작，현효9례，유효9례，무효3례，총유효솔85.7%。결론합리적영양선식조배，와상휴식，피면과도피로。연장환자적생존시간화생존질량。
Objective The clinical nursing measures of patients with renal failure to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the clinical data selected from 21 cases of patients with renal failure disease who have been treated in hospital from February 2013 to June 2014. Results After being treated and cared clinical y, 9 cases of patients have a sign of improvement, and 9 cases of patients have achieved desired effects, while, 3 cases are no avail. The total effectiveness rate reaches to percentage 85.7. Conclusion A proper diet, rest in bed and prohibition from fatigue exert an positive role in prolonging the lifetime as wel as improving the quality of life of the patients.
