提出了基于直流潮流计算的电气介数和新的网络效能指标,来辨识复杂电网中的脆弱线路。该电气介数克服了电抗加权拓扑介数假设“发电-负荷”节点间潮流沿最短路径或最有效路径传播的缺点,且考虑了发电容量和负荷容量及其分布的影响。引入了考虑电气距离和容量分布的网络效能指标来表征故障后的网络效能。由 IEEE39节点和 IEEE118节点的数值仿真可知,高电气介数线路通常属于长程连接,处于重要的输电通道上,对这些线路的蓄意攻击,电网效能迅速下降,证实了电气介数能辨识复杂电网中的脆弱线路。

Line electrical betweenness based on DC load flow and a new net efficiency index are proposed to identify the vulnerable lines in the complex power grid. The electrical betweenness not only overcomes the shortcoming of the weighted reactance betweenness which assures that power is transmitted through the shortest or the most effective paths, but also considers the impact of the capacity and distribution of generators and load. A new net efficiency index, which considers electrical distance and capacity distribution, is introduced to measure the efficiency of power grid after attack. Numeric simulation results of IEEE-39 and IEEE-118 show the lines with high electrical betweenness usually belong to long-distance and are the important transmission lines. If these lines are attacked intentionally, the efficiency of power grid would descend rapidly. The results also show that the betweenness index can identify the vulnerable lines in the complex power grid. <br> This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 61134001).
