目的:了解胸腺肽α1对支气管扩张患者免疫功能的影响及进行临床疗效评价。方法稳定期支气管扩张患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组给予常规祛痰,支气管扩张剂等治疗,治疗组加用胸腺肽α1治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后外周血T细胞亚组水平、治疗期间及治疗结束后1年内呼吸道感染次数、急性加重住院次数、治疗组副作用情况。结果治疗组3个月疗程结束后患者外周血CD4细胞水平明显高于对照组;治疗组肺功能好于对照组;随访1年治疗组急性加重次数较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽α1对支气管扩张患者的免疫功能起到调节作用,应用于临床可行性较大。

목적:료해흉선태α1대지기관확장환자면역공능적영향급진행림상료효평개。방법은정기지기관확장환자66례,수궤분위량조,각33례。대조조급여상규거담,지기관확장제등치료,치료조가용흉선태α1치료,관찰량조환자치료전후외주혈T세포아조수평、치료기간급치료결속후1년내호흡도감염차수、급성가중주원차수、치료조부작용정황。결과치료조3개월료정결속후환자외주혈CD4세포수평명현고우대조조;치료조폐공능호우대조조;수방1년치료조급성가중차수교대조조명현감소(P<0.05)。결론흉선태α1대지기관확장환자적면역공능기도조절작용,응용우림상가행성교대。
Objective To understand the effects of thymosinα1 on immune function in patients with bronchiectasis, and to evaluate its clinical effect. Methods A total of 148 cases of stable bronchiectasis were randomly divided into two groups, and each group contained 33 cases. The control group was treated by conventional expectorant and bronchodilator, while the treatment group received additional thymosinα1 therapy. Level of T cell subsets level in peripheral blood before and after treatment, respiratory tract infection times during and within 1 year after treatment, acute exacerbations hospitalization times and adverse reactions were all observed in the two groups. Results After three months of treatment, level of CD4 cell in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Lung function of the treatment group was better than the control group. In 1 year of follow-up, the treatment group had fewer acute exacerbations than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thymosinα1 has regulatory effect on immune function of patients with bronchiectasis, and it is feasible for clinical application.
