目的：探讨手指外伤腹部带蒂皮瓣移植术修复的临床护理措施。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年6月在我院行腹部带蒂皮瓣移植术46例手指外伤患者的临床及护理资料。结果患者术后发生皮瓣远端部分坏死有1例，皮瓣血运发生障碍有2例，余患者皮瓣均成活。皮瓣断蒂时间为3~5周，平均4周，平均住院天数为26d。结论充分的术前准备以及综合、全面的术后护理是腹部带蒂皮瓣移植术修复手术成功的重要保证。
목적：탐토수지외상복부대체피판이식술수복적림상호리조시。방법회고성분석2010년1월지2013년6월재아원행복부대체피판이식술46례수지외상환자적림상급호리자료。결과환자술후발생피판원단부분배사유1례，피판혈운발생장애유2례，여환자피판균성활。피판단체시간위3~5주，평균4주，평균주원천수위26d。결론충분적술전준비이급종합、전면적술후호리시복부대체피판이식술수복수술성공적중요보증。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing of finger injury abdominal pedicled skin fiap grafting repair. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2010 January-2013 year in June in our hospital for abdominal fiap transplantation in 46 cases of finger injury in patients with clinical and nursing data. Results In patients undergoing distal partial necrosis of fiap in 1 cases, blood supply of the fiap occurred in 2 cases of patients with obstacles, the fiaps survived more than. Pedicle cut-off time for 3-5 weeks, 4 weeks on average, the average hospital stay was 26 days. Conclusion Preoperative preparation and nursing, comprehensive after operation are the important guarantee of abdominal pedicled skin fiap grafting repair operation success.
