目的：病毒性脑炎常伴有脑电图的异常，本文探讨脑电图在病毒性脑炎病情判断和预后中的临床意义。方法回顾性选择我院收治的55例病毒性脑炎患者为研究对象，本组55例患者轻症组26例，中症组19例，重症组10例，所有患者均行脑电图监测。观察入院时轻症组、中症组、重症组三组患者脑电图异常及异常程度的分布情况，分析脑电图异常程度与患者病情严重程度及预后情况的关系。结果本组55例患者中，共48例（87.27%）患者脑电图出现异常。轻症组、中症组、重症组三组患者的脑电图异常程度分布比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.001），提示脑电图异常明显病情越重。脑电图正常组、轻度异常组、中度异常组及重度异常组患者的预后情况比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.001），提示脑电图异常明显预后越差。结论病毒性脑炎患者脑电图检查可作为患者病情判断及预后评估的重要指标。
목적：병독성뇌염상반유뇌전도적이상，본문탐토뇌전도재병독성뇌염병정판단화예후중적림상의의。방법회고성선택아원수치적55례병독성뇌염환자위연구대상，본조55례환자경증조26례，중증조19례，중증조10례，소유환자균행뇌전도감측。관찰입원시경증조、중증조、중증조삼조환자뇌전도이상급이상정도적분포정황，분석뇌전도이상정도여환자병정엄중정도급예후정황적관계。결과본조55례환자중，공48례（87.27%）환자뇌전도출현이상。경증조、중증조、중증조삼조환자적뇌전도이상정도분포비교，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.001），제시뇌전도이상명현병정월중。뇌전도정상조、경도이상조、중도이상조급중도이상조환자적예후정황비교，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.001），제시뇌전도이상명현예후월차。결론병독성뇌염환자뇌전도검사가작위환자병정판단급예후평고적중요지표。
Objective Viral encephalitis is often accompanied by abnormal electroencephalogram (EEG). Clinical significance of EEG in viral encephalitis condition judgment and prognosis were explored in this paper. Methods The selective research object of 55 patients with viral encephalitis in our hospital were researched retrospectively, and the 55 cases were divided into mild symptom group with 26 cases, morderate symptom group with 19 cases, severe symptom group with 10 cases, and all cases were performed dynamic monitoring with electroencepha. Among the mild, morderate and severe groups, the abnormality and the distribution of abnormal degree in the EEG were observed and analyzed contrastively, meanwhile, the relationship among abnormal degree in EEG and severity of patients′ conditions and prognosis were analyzed. Results Among the 55 cases, there were EEG abnormalities in a total of 48 cases (87.27%). Among the cases in 3 groups of mild, morderate and severe symptom group, the comparison of abnormalities and abnormal degree in EEG, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.001). It revealed that more abnormalities in EEG more severity of patients′ conditions according to the comparison of prognosis among the normal group in EEG, mild abnormal, moderate abnormal, severe abnormal group in EEG, the differences have statistical significance (P<0.001). It revealed that more abnormalities in EEG worse prognosis. Conclusion EEG examination can be used as important reference index of diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in patients with viral encephalitis.
