目的：探讨非感染性四肢长骨骨折不愈合的形成因素及其治疗对策。方法选取2010年3月至2013年3月我科收治非感染性四肢长骨骨折不愈合患者45例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果非感染性四肢长骨骨折不愈合的原因与损伤性质、程度、感染、固定不牢等因素有关，其中固定不牢21例（46.67%），骨缺损11例（24.44%），严重复合伤7例（15.56%），感染13例（13.33%）；经手术治疗愈合43例，愈合率为95.56%。结论非感染性四肢长骨骨折不愈合的形成因素较多，以固定不牢为主，临床治疗过程中，应以手术固定、植骨、外固定及功能锻炼为主要手段，从而实现良好的治愈效果。
목적：탐토비감염성사지장골골절불유합적형성인소급기치료대책。방법선취2010년3월지2013년3월아과수치비감염성사지장골골절불유합환자45례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과비감염성사지장골골절불유합적원인여손상성질、정도、감염、고정불뢰등인소유관，기중고정불뢰21례（46.67%），골결손11례（24.44%），엄중복합상7례（15.56%），감염13례（13.33%）；경수술치료유합43례，유합솔위95.56%。결론비감염성사지장골골절불유합적형성인소교다，이고정불뢰위주，림상치료과정중，응이수술고정、식골、외고정급공능단련위주요수단，종이실현량호적치유효과。
Objective To study the formation of non-infectious limbs long bone fracture healing factors and treatment measures. Methods Select in March 2010 to March 2013, our department treated 45 patients with non-infectious limbs long bone fracture healing, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The infective limbs long bone fracture healing and the cause of nature and degree of injury, infection, fixed rickety etc factors, including fixed rickety 21 cases (46.67%), 11 cases(24.44%), bone defect serious compound 7 cases(15.56%), infection in 13(13.33%). The healing 43 cases of the operation, the healing rate was 95.56%. Conclusion Non-infectious limbs long bone fracture healing in the formation of many factors, is given priority to with fixed rickety, clinical treatment process, should with surgical fixation and bone graft, external fixation and functional exercise as the main means, to achieve good cure effect.
