目的:研究水翁皮Cleistocalyxoperculatus(Roxb.)Merr.etPerry的化学成分,为寻找水翁皮抗菌的物质基础及质量标准的提高提供依据。方法运用多种层析方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到2个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇和3,3'-O-二甲基鞣花酸(3,3'-di-O-methylellagicacid)。结论两种成分均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

목적:연구수옹피Cleistocalyxoperculatus(Roxb.)Merr.etPerry적화학성분,위심조수옹피항균적물질기출급질량표준적제고제공의거。방법운용다충층석방법진행분리순화,통과파보수거학정화합물적결구。결과분리득도2개화합물,분별위β-곡치순화3,3'-O-이갑기유화산(3,3'-di-O-methylellagicacid)。결론량충성분균위수차종해식물중분리득도。
Objective The chemical constituents of Cleistocalyx operculatus are studied to provide the antibacterial material base and improve its quality standards. Methods Column chromatography was used in the isolation and purification.The structures of compounds were elucidated by spectrum data. Results Two compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol and 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid. Conclusion Two compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
