目的:对影响全血采集平均流速的主要因素进行分析,以提高全血采集的效率。方法通过以CompoguardComplete全自动采血混合仪为主体的全血采集监测系统,获取一定时间段内所有全血采集的平均流速,进而分析各因素对其的影响。结果全血采集平均流速(71.79±21.65)mL/min,采血量、采血方式、性别、年龄、采血护士等因素对全血采集平均流速的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),而采血环境对全血采集平均流速的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同规格采血量中平均流速均值为400mL>300mL>200mL,;不同年龄段献血者方面,平均流速均值36岁以上>36岁以下,其中26~35岁献血者的平均流速均值又>25岁及以下;男性献血者的平均流速均值大于女性;无组织的随机采血方式的平均流速均值大于有组织的集中采血方式。结论针对影响全血采集平均流速的因素,可采取相应的预防措施,以提高全血采集的效率,减少献血耗费的时间。

Objective To analyze the main factors affecting the average blood fiow velocity of whole blood-collecting, and to improve the efficiency of whole blood-collecting. Methods We obtained all the blood fiow velocity of whole blood-collecting samples in a certain period of time through whole blood-collecting monitoring system which is predominantly made of Compoguard Complete automatic blood-collecting mixer, then we analyzed the impact of various factors on average blood fiow velocity. Results The average blood fiow velocity of whole blood-collecting is(71.79±21.65)mL/min, the factors like the volume of blood collected, the way how the blood was collected, gender, age, the nurses who did the blood-collecting have significant impact on the average blood fiow velocity(P<0.05), whereas the blood-collecting environment does not(P>0.05). The order for average blood fiow velocity of different volume of blood collected is 400 mL>300 mL>200 mL, with regard to age, the average blood fiow velocity for those aged over 36 years is greater than those under 36 years, among whom those aged 26-35 years is greater than those aged under 25years, the male blood donors is greater than female donors, unorganized random blood-collecting is greater than organized centralized blood-collecting. Conclusion Precautions which are aimed at factors affecting the blood fiow velocity of whole blood-collecting could be taken to improve the efficiency of whole blood-collecting and reduce the time spent on blood-donating.
