依据2013年度连云港市6-17岁中小学生体质健康监测资料，分析13381名中小学生视力状况，连云港市中小学生视力不良检出率为58．7％。其中，在校男生视力不良检出率为56．3％，女生视力不良检出率为61．2％，女生高于男生（x2＝33．959，P＜0．01）；城市学生视力不良检出率为63．6％，乡村学生视力不良检出率为52．6％，城市高于乡村（x2＝164．506，P＜0．01）。随着年龄段的增高，学生视力不良检出率呈现上升趋势（x2＝2051．043，P＜0．01）。与2010年相比，视力不良检出率上升了2．3个百分点。连云港市中小学生的视力状况不容乐观，视力不良检出率及重度视力不良构成比例均随着年龄的增长、年龄段的增高，学习年限的增加呈现明显的上升趋势。

According to the physical health monitoring data of the primary and secondary school students in Lianyungang in 2013 ,the paper analyzed the vision condition of 13381students .The results showed the poor vision rate total was 58 .7% . To be specific ,schoolboys’ poor vision detection rate was 56 .3% while schoolgirls’ poor vision detection rate was 61 .2% . Girls poor vision rate was higher than·boys (x2 =33 .959 ,P<0 .01 );City students’ poor vision detection rate is 63 .6%while Rural students’ poor vision detection rate is 52 .6% .City students score higher than?rural students (x2=164 .506 , P<0 .01) .With the increasing of age ,students poor vision detection rate showed a rising trend(x2 =2051 .043 ,P<0 . 01 ) .Compared with that of 2010 ,the the poor vision rate increased .The situation of the primary and secondary school stu-dents’ vision condition is not optimistic .The poor vision detection rate and the severely visually impaired composition prop-ortion presents an obvious rising trend with the growth of the age and the increasing length of learning .
