构建一个集公认性与可操作性于一体的评价指标体系是指导实践的必要,也是作为理论参考的依据。笔者在阅读大量文献并结合自身工作经验的基础上,运用层次分析法构建了以投入、产出和效益为切入点的评价体系。体系的建立可以对图书馆绩效进行评价,从而为完善自身的不足之处提供数据支持,并且为提高图书馆的服务水平明确方向。

The construction of an evaluation index system which integrates recognition and maneuverability is not only necessary to guide practice, but also as a theoretical basis for reference. By referring large amounts of bib-liographies and by combining with his own work experience, the author applies the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation system with input, output and benefit as the entry point. The establishment of the system can be used to evaluate the library performance, so as to provide data support for the improvement of their own shortcomings, and to direct the improvement of library service.
