This paper introduces in detail the design of the social security information exchange platform based on the Social Networking Service architecture, and by Ext JS and LAMP technology. We implement the platform through the integration of security policy laws and regulations,solutions of the Internet of things technol-ogy and resident's demand. This paper will focus on the collaborative development of open-source framework Ext JS and LAMP technology, through the use of REST services and JSON data format and by means of Ajax to realize the data interaction. The user can share and exchange easily and conveniently the security information with net-work police through the Web virtual desktop SNS.
