Guanye Jinsitao drop pills%dryocrassine%HPLC
目的：建立贯叶金丝桃滴丸中绵马贯众素含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Kromasil-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-三氯甲烷-异丙醇-0.5%磷酸(52∶8∶30∶10),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长285 nm,柱温25℃。结果绵马贯众素进样量在0.236～2.124μg范围内线性关系良好(r＝0.9999)。绵马贯众素的平均加样回收率为99.64%(RSD＝1.90%)。结论该方法简便、准确,适用于贯叶金丝桃滴丸中绵马贯众素的测定。
目的：建立貫葉金絲桃滴汍中綿馬貫衆素含量測定的高效液相色譜方法。方法採用Kromasil-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色譜柱,流動相為乙腈-三氯甲烷-異丙醇-0.5%燐痠(52∶8∶30∶10),流速1.0 mL/min,檢測波長285 nm,柱溫25℃。結果綿馬貫衆素進樣量在0.236～2.124μg範圍內線性關繫良好(r＝0.9999)。綿馬貫衆素的平均加樣迴收率為99.64%(RSD＝1.90%)。結論該方法簡便、準確,適用于貫葉金絲桃滴汍中綿馬貫衆素的測定。
목적：건립관협금사도적환중면마관음소함량측정적고효액상색보방법。방법채용Kromasil-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)색보주,류동상위을정-삼록갑완-이병순-0.5%린산(52∶8∶30∶10),류속1.0 mL/min,검측파장285 nm,주온25℃。결과면마관음소진양량재0.236～2.124μg범위내선성관계량호(r＝0.9999)。면마관음소적평균가양회수솔위99.64%(RSD＝1.90%)。결론해방법간편、준학,괄용우관협금사도적환중면마관음소적측정。
Objective To develop an assay of HPLC for the content determination of dryocrassine in Guanye Jinsitao drop pills. Methods The column was Kromasil-C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm);mobile phase was acetonitrile-chloroform-isopropanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (52∶8∶30∶10);flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;UV detection was performed at 285 nm;detected drift tube temperature was set at 25 ℃. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.236-2.124 μg for dryocrassine (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate of dryocrassine was 99.64% (RSD=1.90%). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of dryocrassine in Guanye Jinsitao drop pills.
