人口老龄化背景下，探索建立老年医疗护理保障制度有着十分重要的现实意义。文章介绍了上海老年医疗护理保障的试点工作，总结了政策试点取得的初步成效，并提出了未来进一步完善的政策思路，以期为探索城市老年医疗护理保障制度的建设提供参考。

Under the background of population aging, the establishment of health care insurance for the elderly is inherent a very important practical signifi cance. This paper introduces the pilot study of health care security for the elderly in Shanghai, summarizes the preliminary achievement, and proposes the policy for future improvement, in order to provide a reference for the construction of health care security system for the urban elderly.
