本文重点介绍了采用滤波解调技术获取振动信号中的故障特征,然后利用脉冲冲击定量诊断技术分析故障部位与故障严重程度,同时叙述了利用故障提取技术、故障定量诊断技术、嵌入式技术、计算机网络技术相结合,实现设备关键传动部件在线监测与故障定量诊断的技术应用,为进一步研究大型设备传动部件的在线监测系统提供参考。
本文重點介紹瞭採用濾波解調技術穫取振動信號中的故障特徵,然後利用脈遲遲擊定量診斷技術分析故障部位與故障嚴重程度,同時敘述瞭利用故障提取技術、故障定量診斷技術、嵌入式技術、計算機網絡技術相結閤,實現設備關鍵傳動部件在線鑑測與故障定量診斷的技術應用,為進一步研究大型設備傳動部件的在線鑑測繫統提供參攷。

This article focuses on the acquisition of fault featured vibration signal by using the filtering and demodulation technique. It used the pulse quantitative diagnosis technology for fault location and fault severity measurement, and described the use of fault extraction technology, quantitative fault diagnosis technology, embedded technology, and computer network technology. All of those were combined with on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of critical transmission component.
