枸杞多糖作为枸杞中一类重要的活性成分,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老等多种生物活性,开发利用前景广阔。本文综述了枸杞多糖的结构与性质、提取方法和生物活性方面的研究进展,并对枸杞多糖的研究利用前景做了展望。
枸杞多糖作為枸杞中一類重要的活性成分,具有免疫調節、抗腫瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老等多種生物活性,開髮利用前景廣闊。本文綜述瞭枸杞多糖的結構與性質、提取方法和生物活性方麵的研究進展,併對枸杞多糖的研究利用前景做瞭展望。

Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) were extracted from the Lycium barbarum and was one of the most important bioactive substance, such as immunoregulation, anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, anti-aging, which will have a broad prospect in development and application. The research progress including structure and properties, extract protocol, and bioactivity were reviewed in this paper, and the prospect of polysaccharides comprehensive utilization was also proposed.
