In this paper, starting from the current status of the overall budget management of the Chinese logistics enterprises and in connection with the problems existing therein, we discussed the intrinsic influence factors of it and from multiple aspects provided the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the reference of the logistics enterprises.
