目的：观察中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法：180例随机分为对照组和中医方剂组各90例，两组均给予常规三联西药治疗，中医方剂组加用四逆散合半夏泻心汤加减，比较两组近期疗效、临床症状缓解有效率及复发率。结果：中医方剂组临近期疗效显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），中医方剂组临床症状缓解有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），中医方剂组复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎治疗可改善症状，促进胃黏膜损伤修复，减少复发。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료담즙반류성위염적림상효과。방법：180례수궤분위대조조화중의방제조각90례，량조균급여상규삼련서약치료，중의방제조가용사역산합반하사심탕가감，비교량조근기료효、림상증상완해유효솔급복발솔。결과：중의방제조림근기료효현저고우대조조（P＜0.05），중의방제조림상증상완해유효솔현저고우대조조（P＜0.05），중의방제조복발솔현저저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료담즙반류성위염치료가개선증상，촉진위점막손상수복，감소복발。
Objective:To investigate clinical effects of Sini power combined with Banxiaxeixin soup for addition and subtraction on bile reflux gastritis.Methods:180 patients with bile reflux gastritis were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including control group (90 patients) with conventional triple drug therapy for western medicine and TCM prescription group (90 patients) with Sini power combined with Banxiaxeixin soup for addition and subtraction on the basis of control group;and the recent efficiency,clinical symptom relief efficiency and recurrence rate of both groups were compared.Results:The recent efficiency of TCM prescription group were significant better than control group(P<0.05);the clinical symptom relief efficiency of TCM prescription group were significant better than control group(P<0.05);and the recurrence rate of TCM prescription group were significant better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sini power combined with Banxiaxeixin soup for addition and subtraction on bile reflux gastritis can efficiently relieve symptoms,promote the repair of gastric mucosal injury and reduce the risk of recurrence.
