目的：观察清热活血法治疗急性期浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法：40例随机分为两组各20例，两组均给予金黄散外敷治疗，观察组加服浆乳方治疗，7天为一疗程，2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：总有效率观察组90.0%，对照组50.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。随访1年，观察组复发率16.7%，对照组40.0%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：清热活血法治疗急性期浆细胞性乳腺炎疗效好，复发少。
목적：관찰청열활혈법치료급성기장세포성유선염적림상료효。방법：40례수궤분위량조각20례，량조균급여금황산외부치료，관찰조가복장유방치료，7천위일료정，2개료정후관찰료효。결과：총유효솔관찰조90.0%，대조조50.0%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。수방1년，관찰조복발솔16.7%，대조조40.0%，량조비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론：청열활혈법치료급성기장세포성유선염료효호，복발소。
Objective:To observe the curative effects of Qing Re Huo Xue Therapy on the Acute Plasma Cell Mastitis. Methods: 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups,20 patients in control group were treated by Jinhuang San topical therapy,24 patients in observation group were treated with JiangRu Fang on the basis of the control group.Then the curative effects were observed and compared after two coursese of treatment. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.0%,which was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was 16.7% during the follow-up period,which was inferior to the the control group,but the difference was no statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical therapeutic effects of Qing Re Huo Xue Therapy on the Acute Plasma Cell Mastitis was obvious,and it could also reduce the risk of recurrence.
