结合实验室存在的安全问题，探讨建立高校实验室安全教育培训体系。从化学试剂的分类管理、基本安全常识、仪器设备操作、三废处理、事故应急措施等方面编写培训教程；针对参与培训的对象，实施形式多样的教育培训模式；建立考核体系，强化安全意识，提高安全技能。
결합실험실존재적안전문제，탐토건립고교실험실안전교육배훈체계。종화학시제적분류관리、기본안전상식、의기설비조작、삼폐처리、사고응급조시등방면편사배훈교정；침대삼여배훈적대상，실시형식다양적교육배훈모식；건립고핵체계，강화안전의식，제고안전기능。
The establishment of safety education and training systems for laboratories is proposed considering the safety issues presented in laboratories .The safety training materials are edited from the several aspects such as the classification of chemical reagents management ,basic safety knowledge ,operations of equipments ,“three wastes” treatment and emergency procedures .Moreover ,the types of safety training are discussed for different participants .Also ,the evaluation system is constructed to enhance the safety consciousness and to help improve the safety skills .
